Terms & Conditions Massage by Shar. By booking an appointment or using the services provided by Massage by Shar, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Massage Therapy Services massage therapy is provided for relaxation, wellness, and general therapeutic purposes. Massage therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care. Clients are responsible for informing Massage by Shar of any medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect their massage session.
2. Client Health & Safety clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health and well-being. Massage by Shar reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a session when massage may not be appropriate or safe. If you are under the care of a physician or other healthcare provider, you may be advised to obtain medical clearance before receiving massage therapy.
3. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Massage by Shar accepts Cards, Venmo, cash, and check.
4. Professional Boundaries massage therapy is a professional service. Any inappropriate, sexual, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. No refund will be provided for a session terminated because of inappropriate conduct.
5. Gift Cards & Packages Gift cards and massage packages are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase. In Kansas paper gift cards don't expire.
6. Website Information Massage by Shar makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, information, pricing, availability, and services may change without notice.
7. Acceptance of Terms by booking an appointment, purchasing a service or gift card, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
